Tsay Keh Dene, meaning “People of the Mountain,” is a Nation that strives to serve our community through sound governance and responsible growth.
Tsay Keh Dene is located 567 kilometres north of Prince George, BC. The Tsay Keh Dene Nation is one of the Sekani bands of the Northern Interior of British Columbia. Our home spans the territories, settlements, and Reserves in the area of Williston Lake. Until 1992, our lands were historically known as “Ingenika Point,” but long before then, we the Tsay Keh Dene People have hunted, trapped, fished, gathered food and herbs, and lived on our traditional territory in the Rocky Mountain Trench for many generations.
