In 1986, Tsay Keh Dene Nation (TKDN) Chief Ray Izony narrated and documented life at Ingenika Point to bring attention to then Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development David Crombie about the living conditions and lack of acknowledgement from the BC and Federal Government of TKDN rights and title. Members of the Tsay Keh Dene Nation, including Francis Isaac and Isadore Izony, shared their experiences, discussing the government’s mismanagement and the hardships endured by their community.
